Services may include repairs, installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions, permitting, and material availability.
To ensure successful service completion, the client agrees to provide accurate project information, safe access to work areas, and timely approvals where required. Sunrise Electrical Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe site conditions, or missing approvals.
All service fees are due according to the payment terms stated on the estimate or invoice. Material deposits may be required before work begins. Sunrise Electrical Services LLC reserves the right to pause or reschedule services for overdue balances.
Equipment and materials provided as part of service remain the property of Sunrise Electrical Services LLC until full payment is received. Warranty terms, where applicable, are limited to the scope defined in your service documentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunrise Electrical Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service performance. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
